For those seeking to challenge self-defeating beliefs and discover their true capabilities, our KB Self Defence classes can offer a transformative journey. With a team of expert female instructors, including Chief Instructor Kelly and Dee, a former Metropolitan Police Officer and Officer Safety Instructor, students benefit from over 80 years of combined experience meticulously crafted into a proven training system.

“Self-defence training will give you the knowledge you need to be in a better position to fight back, should the worst happen,” confirms Kelly. “Our mission is to give you the confidence you need to be less fearful, in any situation.”

Indeed, the impact of self-defence training extends beyond physical techniques.

“We intend to help you feel safer when walking home at night, for example,” explains Kelly. “This confidence and awareness makes you less likely to be a target.”

Students who have embraced KB Self Defence classes share their experiences of empowerment and newfound confidence.

“I never realised how much more confident I would feel after just a few classes,” says Maddie, a KB Self Defence member. “Knowing that I have the skills to protect myself has transformed how I navigate the world.”

Chris echoes the sentiment, saying, “Learning self-defence at KB Fitness has given me a sense of assurance and peace of mind. I have a better understanding of self-defence and know to avoid potentially dangerous situations.”
