Martial Arts Classes

In Central London and Online, we teach the following martial arts: KB Kickboxing, KB Self Defence, and KB Kung Fu. Your membership will give you access to our classes in our Euston dojo and online.

There are so many martial arts instructors out there, mostly men, offering a varying quality of instruction. Our expert female teaching team prides itself on getting the balance right between pushing you and taking care of you. Our approach is not testosterone nor ego-fuelled, showing you how excellent we are, but rather we are driven to bring the excellence out in you – to assist you in reaching new heights in all aspects of your life.


Do you feel the need to get into shape, or just get moving again?

Our Kickboxing classes will certainly help you move, kick and punch your way to a whole new level of fitness. We will provide you with the means and unlimited support to reach your goals.

You’ll feel lighter, brighter and stronger; your confidence will be boosted at your first Kickboxing class.

Training with us is more than a faceless gym workout, it is instead a personal class where the instructor is not cheering you on from the sideline, but instrumental in generating the rush of endorphins you’ll soon be addicted to.


You might be wondering, “how do I defend myself?” On Monday at 7pm and Thursday at 6pm, we can teach you what to do if your hair is grabbed from behind, or if you’re dragged onto the floor and pinned down.

From the very first self-defence class, you will stand taller and feel more empowered. Ultimately, our goal is to teach you a skill which could potentially save your life. You’re wise to be researching, because having some kind of self-defence knowledge is a must.

Sadly, with an increase in violent crime, self-defence has never been more important. Would you agree that it isn’t about being fearful, it’s just about being sensible and safe?


KB Kung Fu is a unique style of Kung Fu, created by Kelly Bunyan the Chief Instructor. Kelly started Lau Gar Kung Fu in 1985; she became a Black Sash in 1991.

KB Kung Fu therefore has its roots in Lau Gar, however Kelly has developed a whole new system incorporating all elements of Martial Arts.

Training in the martial arts in our KB Kung Fu studio is an exhilarating pastime. Learning an ancient art form is highly rewarding.


Our KB Kickboxing, KB Self Defence and KB Kung Fu classes are held in Central London.

For easy access, our dojos (martial arts studios) are conveniently located nearby to Euston, King’s Cross and Mornington Crescent tube stations.

One of our dojos combines a sprung floor with mirrors and high ceilings, which is a stunning environment to be training in. Our other dojo is held in a state-of-the-art sports hall.


We offer online Kickboxing classes as well as teaching in our central London dojos. It’s the same for our KB Kung Fu and KB Self Defence classes. Essentially, you could view a live streamed version of our Euston classes, if you would prefer to train from the comfort of your own home.

Currently, all our classes are also available online. The pre-recorded classes are available Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm (4pm on Fridays). We might often think, “I want to learn to defend myself,” or “I want to get fitter”, but don’t do anything about it. Well this couldn’t be easier, considering you don’t even have to leave your home to attend. You could practise with somebody you care about – perhaps treat them to show them how much you value their wellbeing.


Many of our members have been with us for almost 2 decades. Some members explain why training in the martial arts at KB Fitness is so good for you. They confirm that their confidence, fitness, body shape, stamina and flexibility have improved. Adam particularly believes he’s sleeping better as a direct result of Kickboxing, as well as feeling boosted.
