NEW CLASS TIMES

29/09/2020

Due to popular demand, we are expanding our weekly schedule.

Starting back tentatively in August with 4 classes, we’ve since introduced a 5th and now a 6th class.

It seems that Londoners are fed up with walking or jogging in a park, plus, what with the change in weather, no longer willing to consider it.

Watch the video to see why some of our members love training with us.

Our current schedule:

6pm: Mon, Tue, Wed  |   7pm: Mon, Tue & Wed

Training in the martial arts is a great alternative to a gym workout. Dynamic and empowering, it’s no surprise that we’re inundated with new enquiries on a daily basis. After being locked down, people are fighting back with a cardio-blasting workout, which incorporates punches, kicks, blocks and footwork.

One of the school’s members, Beth Willoughby, recently wrote:

‘So brilliant that new people are joining the school – I’m not surprised because the positivity and joy of our dojo is fabulous and even more of a contrast to the outside world at the minute. Welcome to all the new members, I’m looking forward to meeting you.’

Our Chief Instructor, Kelly Bunyan added:

‘Running a martial arts school throughout a pandemic has presented me with many challenges, however, with a continued positive approach, we’ve managed to circumvent the obstacles. My school is growing at the moment and I couldn’t be happier, as it means that we’re reaching and directly uplifting more and more people.”
