For over three decades, Chief Instructor Kelly KB has relied on music, particularly uplifting House beats, to elevate her solo martial arts practice sessions. She attests to the profound impact of music in energising her movements and infusing each martial arts training session with renewed purpose and energy.
“Music isn’t just something I hear; it’s something I feel deep within me,” says Kelly, emphasising the transcendent nature of music in her martial arts experience.
KB member Zuzanna shares her experience of how music has become an integral part of her training routine. “When I do timed sets of kicks or wall stretches, I NEED my music, it keeps me pushing and brings some extra oomph when I need it!” she says.
