To reward our loyal members who have stayed with us throughout this challenging time, we gifted them a free training session, followed by a picnic on Saturday.

To comply with government COVID019 guidance, we limited the numbers to 30 and trained amongst the trees and birds on Hampstead Heath. After the prolonged, enforced break from one another, everybody LOVED training together with social distancing.

KB Chief Instructor, Kelly Bunyan said: “Teaching a group of people in person, rather than via a collection of individual screens, was an EXCEPTIONAL high yesterday. The drought is over!!!! We all felt it, we were literally SOARING! That high will be one of the most special moments in KB history for me.”

We received so many positive comments from our members afterwards, here are a couple:

Beth: “It was SO special….. and left me grinning from ear to ear all weekend. Thank you for organising the day and for you and Dee giving us your time to teach us. Brilliant that Sharon joined us – all the way from Leicester! And Chris – all the way from Dover.”

Marianne: “I wanted to write about Saturday and say ‘woah.’ I was SO happy I was able to be there – I knew it would be special but what a day to treasure. It was just so good to train with you in person again, and it was just magical to train alongside everybody too.”

When you’re as connected as a group as we are at KB Fitness, reuniting the #kbfamily after so long was bound to move everybody involved. To know that we’ll soon be together on a weekly basis in our new dojo is so heart-warming. WE CAN’T WAIT!
