Many KB Members love to share their feelings after class in the school's WhatsApp group. People from all over the world, USA, Germany and beyond connect in this positive way.

Sue Pindar, who has been training at KB Fitness for 17 years, wrote in the group last night:

'What fantastic classes tonight - LOVED LOVED being back in the dojo with my KB family. Everyone looked so sharp and the energy levels were incredible. Massive THANK YOU to Kelly for such a wonderful lesson plan and for pushing us all the way.'

Our Chief Instructor, Kelly Bunyan commented:


‘During lockdown, when classes were solely online, the WhatsApp group was a lifeline for many. The group has been a positive force for the school, connecting our members worldwide. It continues to connect our online members who can't get to our Euston dojo. 

As one member said this week, due to the joyous outpouring, she has profound FOMO if she's missed class that night. I love to read the positivity. It's heart-warming to know that KB is having such a great impact on so many people's lives.'

NEW CLASS TIMES

Due to popular demand, we are expanding our weekly schedule. Starting back tentatively in August with 4 classes, we’ve since introduced a 5th and now a 6th class.
